Dear Goat Dairy Producers
We invite you to participate in an important research project to improve the productivity and efficiency of goat dairy farms across the United States. Your farm management insights will be invaluable in helping us better understand how various production strategies correlate with dairy production data- specifically milk quality metrics.

Production data for this study has been provided anonymously by Dairy Records Management Systems (DRMS). By completing the enclosed survey, you will help us link specific farm management practices with production outcomes. The ultimate goal of this research is to identify effective strategies that optimize farm performance and sustainability in the goat dairy industry.

Your responses to the survey will remain strictly confidential and anonymous. This survey does not ask for farm location or identification outside of the state and herd code. If you elect to provide your herd code, we can link your survey responses to the production data provided by DRMS under our research support agreement (if you have previously agreed to share your data for research purposes). However, any connection between your responses and farm identification will be maintained solely by the graduate student and the principal investigator involved in this research.
