The North Carolina Food Innovation Lab (NCFIL) will be hosting an Entrepreneurial Bootcamp on Feb 3-4, 2026, in Kannapolis.
The bootcamp is an intensive, two-day program designed to fast-track the commercialization of food/beverage products. The program will include: innovation/strategic thinking, mastering formulation, smart sourcing/pricing, food safety/compliance, and scaling/growth. Although not geared specifically toward milk products, if you have a dairy-based beverage or food product you want to explore more, this opportunity is certainly open to you!
