National Dairy FARM Program Training for Veterinarians

N.C. Cooperative Extension is teaming up with the National Dairy FARM Program to give you the most up to date information about the recent changes that have come out in Version 4.0 of the FARM program as well as inform you of ways that you can assist your dairy clientele. The main speaker will be Beverly Hampton Phifer, Stakeholders Relations Manager for the National Dairy FARM Program. Topics of discussion will primarily cover two of the program’s four pillars; Animal Care and Antibiotic Stewardship as well as detailed specifics about the VCPR. You will receive links to FARM Program resources and documents that you can use in your practice while assisting dairy clients.

We will have a Question & Answer session at the end where you can direct questions towards, Beverly Hampton Phifer and/or Dr. Karen Jordan, Dairy Vet/Nutritionist & Chair of the Technical Writing Committee for the National Dairy FARM Program.

This webinar is undergoing approval to count as 1.5 hours of Continuing Education by the North Carolina Veterinarian Medical Board.
