2021 State Youth Dairy Judging Contest

Because of restrictions related to coronavirus and COVID-19, this year’s state youth dairy judging contest will be held virtually. Please read the 2021 State Dairy Judging Contest Memo completely as it contains several important details.

April 30: Round 1

All teams will place 4 classes during Round 1, but no reasons will be given. This round is open to both Junior and Senior 4-H teams/individuals. Only Senior FFA teams will compete.

May 7: Round 2

Top 10 senior teams (top 5 from 4-H and top 5 from FFA) from Round 1 will be invited back to place 2 classes and give a set of reasons on each class. This round will be open ONLY TO SENIORS. The top 25 individuals (from Round 2) will be invited to try out for the statewide Dairy Youth Judging Team.
